These terms apply to the use of fastry.com, the app and the API. fastry is meant for businesses, freelancers and private individuals. Different terms of customers only apply if we expressly agree to them.

fastry monitors websites: availability, loading time and Core Web Vitals, security and header checks, SSL certificates, deployments, alerts (email, SMS, Slack, webhook), status pages, reports and – with a keyword pack – keyword rankings. What each plan includes (number of monitors, shortest check interval, team, status pages, how long reports and the history are kept) is shown on the pricing page. It is part of these terms.

Plans: Free, Starter, Agency, Pro.

In addition there are free tools that need no sign-up. We keep developing fastry and may change features as long as the core of the booked plan is kept.

For the app you need an account with a valid email address. Keep your login details secret. An account belongs to one or more workspaces; the owner of a workspace books the plans and invites the team.

The Free plan is free of charge and not limited in time.

The Free plan is there for trying fastry; there is no free trial period for paid plans. You can book paid plans at any time and cancel them again.

You buy paid plans and keyword packs through our payment provider Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia). Creem is the seller (merchant of record): the purchase contract and the payment are with Creem, Creem's terms also apply to the purchase, and Creem issues the invoice. The prices on the pricing page are net prices plus statutory VAT.

Payment is in advance, monthly or yearly; keyword packs monthly. The subscription renews for the same period each time until you cancel. When you change your plan, Creem settles the difference on a prorated basis.

You can cancel at any time at the end of the paid period – in the app under “Plan & billing” with “Cancel subscription” (keyword packs under “Rankings” with “Cancel pack”) or in Creem's customer portal. Everything stays usable until the end of the period. After that the Free plan applies: nothing is deleted or paused, but you can't create anything new beyond the Free plan until you are below its limits again. A booked keyword pack ends together with the plan.

The right to cancel for good cause remains unaffected.

• Only monitor websites that belong to you or that you have permission for.
• Don't use fastry or the free tools to overload websites, exploit security holes, send spam or get around our limits.
• No unlawful content on status pages or in reports.

To protect against abuse we limit requests and check addresses against lists of known dangerous sites. If someone breaks these rules, we may block individual monitors or the account.

We run fastry carefully but don't promise a specific availability unless this is expressly agreed. Maintenance and disruptions can happen; we keep them as short as possible.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability is excluded.

fastry is a tool: alerts and measurements can arrive late or not at all. You remain responsible for running your own websites.

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time in the settings; running subscriptions of workspaces that belong only to you are cancelled in the process.

We may change these terms, for example for new features or a changed legal situation. We inform you about changes by email in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel at the end of the paid period.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers this only applies insofar as mandatory provisions of their country of residence don't give them more protection.
