Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card?
No. The Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card – so you can try fastry at your own pace. You only need payment details when you book a paid plan.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. With yearly payment you pay 10 monthly prices for 12 months. Keyword packs are always billed monthly.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time in the app under “Plan & billing”. A change to a bigger plan applies immediately, a change to a smaller plan and a cancellation at the end of the paid period.
What is the difference between team members and viewers?
Team members create and change monitors. Viewers only see what you share with them – for example clients who want to keep an eye on their own sites.
Are the prices net?
Yes, all prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
